The copyright of all material belongs to me; except layouts and designs provided by jimdo.com. Any abuse and/or violation of any copyright will be prosecuted by law.
 
Exceptions.
 
Expressly allowed is:

  • the downloading of pictures not belonging to Member Zone or texts for your own private purposes only
  • the use of  pictures not belonging to Member Zone and shorts texts only in connection with linking it to my website http://www.ladyarrakis.com
  • post these pictures not belonging to Member Zone /texts on websites which are private. Posting my content in "pay-zones" and any money making areas is strictly forbidden. Absolute must is that my copyright text, URL data and eventual watermark remains readable in the pictures or at the text. Removal of this info by erasing, cutting off or cropping the image will be treated as violation of my author copyright and prosecuted by law.
  • storing photos and videos from Member Zone is for donating members ONLY - the people who were given permission and full access by me.
